Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges and/or service suspension.
All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts are required unless explicitly agreed upon.
Content created by SEOhourly.com for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, methodologies, and processes remain our intellectual property.
SEOhourly.com provides SEO services based on industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as these are determined by third-party algorithms beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, and any information marked as confidential.
For white-label partnerships, SEOhourly.com agrees to operate exclusively under the partner agency's brand. We will not contact the partner's clients directly without prior authorization.
Each party agrees to indemnify the other against claims arising from their breach of these Terms or their negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
